About the event
Join us at the ArMI Weed-out on the Bikepath at Bow St./Frazer Rd/Mill Ln!
Learn to identify and remove Garlic Mustard, Knotweed,Asiatic Dayflower, English Ivy, and Wisteria (mostly removed).
Plant and protect natives on the site.
When: 3rd Sat. of month, starting Jun 15, 2024- 10am-12pm Meet: Frazer Rd. entrance to the bike path at Old Schwamb Mill & Watermill Pl.

- Target Invasives: Knotweed, Garlic Mustard, Asiatic Dayflower, English Ivy
- Bring: water, a black construction bag, tools, if you have them
- WEAR: sturdy gloves- protective clothing & hat - USE eye protection - tick repellent - sun block
- Tools: For herbaceous invasives | Hand trowel - hand pruners - garden fork, hedge shears For woody invasives like bittersweet | Loppers - bow or garden saw - shovel - (weed wrench or equivalent may be used at specific events)

NOTE: Waivers must be signed each year so send a new signed waiver for 2024 events.
To find us: from Mass Ave, turn onto Lowell St., right on Mill Lane, past the Old Schwamb Mill, until you see the bikepath -- where Mill Ln turns into Frazer Rd, by the intersection with the end of Watermill Place. Park on Frazer. Or reach the bikepath from Bow St., between Lennon Rd and Sunset Rd.
