We are a group of Arlington residents and allies dedicated to removing invasive plants that choke out natives and disrupt native plant-animal dependencies. Getting involved is easy! Take the ArMI survey and join the ArMI google group to receive notice of events. Help by removing invasives in your yard, neighborhood, and Arlington parks and open spaces. Not sure which plants are invasive? Joining us for park weed outs is a good way to learn. Garlic mustard, roundleaf bittersweet, monarch-killing black swallowwort, knotweed, and multiflora rose are among Arlington’s most prevalent invasive weeds. We look forward to improving Arlington's ecosystem together.
